Meet Nicole
Nicole is the owner and sole therapist at Akeso Natural Beauty. After graduating from the College of Natural Beauty in 2008, Nicole was head hunted for a busy Brisbane salon before heading to the UK and working in salons all over London. Having experienced some of the best and worst the industry has to offer Nicole returned to Australia to begin Akeso Natural Beauty in 2011. After 7 years in Petrie, Akeso expanded to a second premises in Chermside and then preparing to welcome her first child in 2020 the Petrie salon closed its doors with Chermside salon remaining open to clients.
Nicole's passion for the beauty industry stems from a desire to make her clients feel cared for and understood whilst receiving high quality treatments.
The Akeso Philosophy
'Akeso' was known in Greek mythology to be a goddess of health and the healing process. Working on the philosophy that prevention is better than a cure, Akeso Natural Beauty is a place to relax and recharge. In todays society we are burnt out and always busy. So whether it is your regular waxing or massage appointment or a special time of pampering, taking time out for yourself has been suggested to improve your mental, emotional and physical health.
